Welcome!

I’m driven by a passion for creating impactful, visually compelling designs that elevate and transform businesses.

If you’ve found your way here, chances are your brand isn’t reaching its full potential just yet—and that’s not just okay; it’s the perfect starting point. Together, we’ll explore fresh possibilities, tackle your unique challenges with care, and craft a design solution that truly works for you.

Your brand should reflect the hard work you’ve put into creating the life you want—it’s no small task to get it right.

Great design goes beyond looking good; it’s about driving your business forward. I’ll help you attract new customers, keep existing ones, outshine the competition, and make it effortless for people to work with you.

If this is your first foray into branding, get ready for an eye-opening journey. I’ll challenge your comfort zones because meaningful change comes from a little push—one that’s designed to move you in the right direction.

The Approach.

A common misconception is the role a designer plays. Many believe a designer’s job is to create visuals based on the client’s stylistic preferences rather than the brand’s actual needs.

But that’s not how it works.

It’s like sitting in the dentist’s chair and telling them how to fix your tooth, what tools to use, how much it should cost, and how often to do it. That’s not your job—and it’s not how you get the best results.

How can clients know what makes great design without guidance? As a designer, it’s my responsibility to educate, showing that design isn’t about personal preferences but about meeting customer needs and achieving business goals.

That’s why I use a One Concept Approach—a focused method with minimal room for revisions. This isn’t about ego; it’s about delivering results.

It requires a progressive mindset from both sides, and I understand this approach isn’t for everyone. That’s okay. Your brand deserves the best—whatever that looks like for you.

The Process.

FAQs.

  • Traditionally, designers present 2-3 concepts, leaving clients to pick their favorite—often based on personal preference. But my focus is on designing for your target audience, ensuring the brand meets its goals effectively.

We’ll start with a thorough briefing process where you can share inspiration and ideas. From there, I’ll leverage my expertise to deliver the best solution.

With 25 years of experience, I’ve tried every revision method—from unlimited tweaks (disastrous) to hourly billing (stressful) to limited revisions (rarely helpful). None truly improved outcomes.

Framing the process around "revisions" suggests shortcomings. Instead, let’s focus on refining ideas.

  • I’m not the cheapest designer—but if you’re looking for thoughtful, effective design that truly represents your business, you’re in the right place.

The research, time, and preparation I invest go far beyond execution, ensuring you get the best possible design within budget. Lowering my prices would mean compromising on quality, and that’s not something I’m willing to do.

  • This proposal should answer most of your questions, but feel free to ask about anything unclear. From there, it’s up to you to decide what’s best.

We may not be the right fit if:
・You don’t know what you want but you’ll know it when you see it (I’m not not a magician)!
・You have a specific sketch in mind and just need it executed (a production artist is a more cost-effective fit)!
・My rates are out of budget (25 years of experience comes with expertise and a matching rate).
・You’re hesitant about my one-concept approach.
・You’re not ready to commit to a contract or non-refundable deposit.

  • Branding is the face your business shows the world—it’s how customers perceive you and what sets you apart from competitors. It should reflect your values while establishing a strong, unique presence.

About half my clients come to me for rebrands. They started small, proved their concept, and then realized the importance of professional branding. Rebranding often costs far more than doing it right the first time, with added expenses like reprinting signage, updating packaging, and potential loss of brand recognition. Investing in proper branding early can save you significant time, money, and effort down the road.

  • We have two options:

    1. You pay for the services outlined in the contract, and I provide a quote for revisions. We’ll review the brief together to ensure we’re aligned for round two.

    2. You pay for the services as agreed, and we part ways—no hard feelings.

Thankfully, this rarely happens. I’ve refined my process to keep things on track and ensure everyone’s happy. But if issues arise, I’m here to rebuild and resolve. Transparency is key—contracts, services, and payments should always be clear, no matter the outcome. We’re on the same team, aiming for the same win.

  • You’ll find estimated timelines for your project in the quote I’ve provided—feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

  • I find that emails or quick calls work best for getting straight to the point. Coffee dates tend to end up more social than productive, which isn’t ideal for our busy schedules. But if you prefer to "feel out" a person before committing, I’m happy to chat for 30 minutes via Google Chat at no obligation to move forward.

  • Usually, yes—about 8-12 weeks. But if you have a tight deadline, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate! I can also take on urgent projects for a rush fee.

  • As a solo designer, managing my time is key to keeping everything on track. Delays can affect other projects, so I ask for timely feedback to stay on schedule. I’m all in on your project, and a quick response helps keep the momentum going.

  • ・Signed contract.

・Filled out creative brief (including Pinterest boards, links, and inspiration attachments if required).

・Credit card information (non-refundable deposit is taken to hold your place).

・A link or attachment to your current assets if this is a redesign.

・I will provide you with a checklist as well.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is due before starting the project. Monthly payments are required until completion. A credit card is needed to secure payment, and payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, cheque, or E-transfer (preferred). If paying by cheque, it must cleared before work begins, so please factor in any potential delays. The remaining balance is due within 15 days of receiving the final invoice. Overdue balances will incur a 19% monthly finance charge (228% annually), and files will not be released until payment is made in full.

Investment.

If you're ready to take the next step, I’d love to partner with you in shaping your business's future. I’m fully invested in every project and will work closely with you, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout.

Building trust and collaboration is central to my approach, and I take my role as a designer seriously, always striving to support your success.

I look forward to working with you!
